Corrosion of the working parts normally takes place when not in use, and therefore any failings and inefficiencies are not normally noticed until it’s too late.
By having your appliances regularly serviced then you not only keep safe, but your appliances are more energy efficient, saving you pounds in the process.
The simplest way to ensure your gas appliances stay safe is to book an annual service, as this would incorporate a safety check as part of that process.
You are not obligated to taking out a maintenance contract.
