Residential premises provided for rent by local authorities, housing associations, private sector landlords, housing co-operatives, hostels rooms let in bed-sit accommodation, private households, bed and breakfast accommodation and hotels rented holiday accommodation such as chalets, cottages, flats, caravans and narrow boats on inland waterways

Landlords Certificates. CP12
We can provide Landlords with Gas Safety Certificates CP 12
Each certificate will include a safety check of all gas appliances within a single property. It does not include the servicing of Boilers, fires or gas cookers.
A copy of this certificate must be presented to tenants in the property, new tenants and copies stored for at least two years.
