In addition to our Central Heating & Boiler contracts we also offer a Plumbing Maintenance Contract. This contract is supplied for the benefit of our customers and gives total peace of mind.
The plumbing maintenance contract is not available as a stand alone product but can be purchased in addition to our other contracts.
The plumbing maintenance contract covers:
1. Hot Water Cylinders
2. Cold Water Tank.
3. Burst pipes due to frost.
4. Ball Cocks.
5. Blocked water pipes and lavatories.
6. Internal waste pipes.
7. Immersion Heaters.
8. Washing Machine Taps.
9. Tap washers (UK Manufacture only)
10. All internal domestic pipe work & plumbing from mains stopcock up to but not including taps.
The cost of this additional cover is £60.00 per annum.
This can be combined with your central heating contract or separately as a one off annual payment.
